The App is designed to work without account registration.
- Workout data you enter: exercises, sets, reps, weights, templates, and settings.
- Optional Apple Health data: if you explicitly grant permission, the App may read your body weight from Apple Health.
- No precise location data: the App does not collect GPS or precise location information.
2. How Information Is Used
Your data is used to provide core app features such as workout history, charts, templates, and progress summaries.
If Apple Health access is enabled by you, imported health data is used only for related in-app features.
3. Data Sharing
The Service Provider does not sell your personal data. The App does not share your workout data with third parties for advertising.
When you use built-in iOS features (for example, system Share Sheet or iCloud services), Apple may process data according to Apple's own terms.
4. Data Storage and Security
App data is primarily stored on your device. Optional iCloud sync is managed through Apple if enabled. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
6. Your Choices
- You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
- You can revoke Apple Health permissions from iOS Settings at any time.
